So, the other day, I was thinking about trying out those Elf Bar things everyone’s been talking about. I’m not a regular vaper or anything, but I was curious, you know? So, I started wondering, how much do these things actually cost?
I did what anyone would do and hopped online to do some digging. I gotta say, it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it’d be. Turns out, the price of an Elf Bar can vary quite a bit.

First, I checked out a few online stores. Some of them had these Elf Bars for around 6 bucks, which sounded pretty reasonable. But then, other places were selling them for closer to 10 dollars. I guess it depends on where you look.
- Price Range Online: $6 – $10
Then, I remembered there’s this vape shop near my place. I figured I’d pop in and see what they had to say. The guy there told me that they sell the standard Elf Bar starter kits for about 20 to 25 dollars. That’s a bit more than what I saw online, but I guess you’re paying for the convenience of getting it right away.
- Price at Local Vape Shop: $20 – $25 for a starter kit
Different Models, Different Prices
But here’s where it got a bit more complicated. Apparently, there are different types of Elf Bars. The regular ones, the ones that last for like 600 puffs, those are the cheaper ones, usually around 5 to 6 bucks. But then there are these bigger ones, like the Elf Bar AF5000, which can last for up to 5000 puffs. The shopkeeper said those usually go for a higher price, something about 3,900 rupees, that is way too expensive, so I gave up that one.
- Regular Elf Bar (600 puffs): $5 – $6
- Elf Bar AF5000 (5000 puffs): Around ₹3,900
And it’s not just about the size. The guy at the shop also mentioned that the flavor and the nicotine strength can affect the price. Like, some flavors are more popular than others, so they might cost a bit more. And if you want a higher nicotine strength, that can also bump up the price.
Honestly, after all this, I realized that figuring out the cost of an Elf Bar isn’t as simple as I initially thought. There are so many factors to consider. But, in the end, I decided to grab one of the cheaper ones from the local shop, just to give it a try. I ended up paying around 6 dollars for a basic 600-puff one. Not too bad, I guess.
So, that’s my little adventure into the world of Elf Bar prices. It’s a bit of a mixed bag, but hopefully, this gives you a better idea of what to expect if you’re thinking about trying one out.
