Okay, so I decided to try and make some bubblegum-flavored vape juice. I’ve always been a fan of that classic bubblegum taste, and I figured, why not give it a shot at home? It seemed like a fun little project, plus I could save some money, you know?
First, I did some searching online, trying to figure out what I needed. There’s a ton of info out there, but it was mostly just websites selling stuff. Anyways, I gathered up the basic stuff: some propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), some flavor concentrates specifically designed for vapes, and of course, nicotine, though you can make it without that if you want. I also grabbed some empty bottles, syringes for measuring, and gloves – safety first!

I started by mixing the PG and VG. I went for a 50/50 mix, but I saw some people do like 70/30 or whatever. It all depends on what kind of clouds and throat hit you’re going for. I just wanted something balanced, nothing too crazy.
Then came the fun part – the flavor. I found this bubblegum concentrate online, and it smelled exactly like the real deal. I carefully measured it out with a syringe and added it to my PG/VG mix. I started with a small amount, I think it was like 5% of the total volume, ’cause I didn’t want to overdo it. It’s easier to add more later than to take it out, right?
After that, I added the nicotine. Now, this part is a bit tricky, and you gotta be super careful with it. Nicotine can be dangerous if you don’t handle it right. I used a calculator online to figure out how much to add to get my desired strength, which was pretty low, just enough for a little buzz.
Once everything was in the bottle, I gave it a good shake. Like, a really good shake. I shook it for a few minutes to make sure everything was mixed evenly. Then, I let it sit for a while. Some people call this “steeping.” It’s basically letting the juice sit so the flavors can blend together properly. I let mine steep for about a week, shaking it every day.
Finally, the moment of truth! I filled up my vape tank with my homemade bubblegum juice and took a puff. And you know what? It was pretty darn good! It tasted just like bubblegum, with a nice, smooth vapor. It was a little weak on the flavor at first, so I added a tiny bit more concentrate. After that, it was perfect!
- Mixing: Mixed PG and VG in a 50/50 ratio.
- Flavoring: Added bubblegum flavor concentrate, starting with 5%.
- Nicotine: Added nicotine based on the calculation results.
- Steeping: Let the mixture steep for a week, shaking daily.
- Tasting: Initial taste test, added more flavor as needed.
Honestly, it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. And it was super satisfying to vape something that I made myself. I might try some other flavors next time, maybe something fruity or minty. If you’re thinking about trying to make your own vape juice, I say go for it! Just be sure to do your research, be careful with the nicotine, and have fun with it!
I made many mistakes during the process, but thankfully, I was able to make adjustments in time. By the end, I was able to succeed! I’m so excited!
I’m gonna go enjoy my vape now. Catch you guys later!
