Okay, here we go, let’s talk about my journey of trying out disposable vapes.
So, I’ve been seeing these disposable vapes everywhere lately, and I got curious. I mean, I used to smoke, then I tried those big, clunky vape mods, but they were just too much of a hassle. These little disposable ones seemed way more convenient, so I decided to give them a shot.

First off, I did some digging online. I read a bunch of reviews and tried to figure out which brands were worth trying. It felt like a bit of a jungle, to be honest. There are so many brands, and each one has like a million flavors. It’s a bit overwhelming. I mean, there’s Elf Bar, Lost Mary, and a whole bunch of others that I’d never even heard of before. And, of course, there is Juul, and this brand accounts for about 75 percent of all e-cigs sold.
After a few days of looking, I picked out a few that seemed popular and had good reviews. I went to a local vape shop. I went for an Elf Bar first, because everyone seems to be talking about them. I picked a fruity flavor, something like mango. The first puff was… interesting. It was definitely smoother than I expected. And the flavor was pretty intense, but not in a bad way. The guy at the shop told me it’s got about 600 puffs in it, which sounded like a lot.
I used that Elf Bar for a few days. It was pretty good, I gotta say. No need to charge it, no need to refill it, just puff away until it’s done. Then, I tried a Lost Mary. This one was a bit smaller, and the flavor was a little more subtle. I think I got a blueberry one. It was okay, but I think I preferred the Elf Bar, to be honest. Then I bought one called Vuse, and I just didn’t like this one much.
- Experimenting with Flavors:
- Started with a mango Elf Bar.
- Tried a blueberry Lost Mary.
- Sampled a variety of flavors from different brands.
- Comparing Brands:
- Noticed differences in size, flavor intensity, and puff count.
- Found personal preferences among Elf Bar, Lost Mary, and others.
- Assessing Longevity:
- Tracked how long each disposable lasted.
- Compared the actual puff count to the advertised number.
- Evaluating Battery Life:
- Observed how long the battery lasted until the device was depleted.
- Noted any variations in battery performance between brands.
I kept trying different brands and flavors for a couple of weeks. Honestly, it was kind of fun, like a little experiment. Some of them were really good, some were just okay, and a few were pretty bad. I definitely started to figure out what I liked and what I didn’t like.
One thing I realized is that the puff count they advertise isn’t always accurate. Some of them lasted way longer than they said, and some died out a lot quicker. And the battery life was also a bit hit or miss. Some of them would start to taste burnt towards the end, which was kind of gross.
My Conclusion
After trying a bunch of these things, I think I’ve got a pretty good handle on which ones are worth the money. For me, the Elf Bar is still my favorite. The flavor is just better, and they seem to last the longest. But everyone’s different, so you might like something else. If you’re thinking about trying disposable vapes, I’d say do your research, read some reviews, and maybe start with a few different brands to see what you like. And don’t always believe the puff count they advertise. Just try them out and see what works for you. It’s all part of the fun, I guess!
