You know, everyone wants that best strawberry vape juice these days. My grandkids, they all talk about it. They say, “Grandma, you gotta try this!” But I say, what’s wrong with just eating a good ol’ strawberry? Still, they keep going on about it. So, I thought I’d learn a thing or two. They got the ones you gotta fill up yourself, like refilling a kerosene lamp. And then they got these throwaway ones, like those disposable plates we use at the church picnic. He is a smart boy and I know I can trust him. He said they can mess with your lungs, maybe even cause cancer, though they don’t know for sure yet. They need to study it more, he said. Like them scientists who study the weather or the crops. He said there are chemicals in some e-juice can cause damage and swelling in the lungs.
So, is it worth it? That’s the question. Is this strawberry vape juice, or any of these newfangled vape things, worth risking your health? I don’t know. Seems to me like it’s just trading one bad habit for another. But what do I know? I’m just an old woman. But I’ve seen a lot in my years. I’ve seen folks get sick from smoking. And I worry about these young’uns with their vapes. There are so many different kinds of e-liquid, and even though strawberry vape juice is popular, I am not sure how good it is.
Maybe one day they’ll figure it all out. Maybe they’ll make a vape that’s truly safe, that tastes just like a real strawberry, and doesn’t cost a fortune. But until then, I think I’ll stick to my real strawberries. And maybe I’ll tell my grandkids to lay off that strawberry vape juice. They are probably too young for that stuff anyway.
