Okay, so, I’ve been seeing a lot of people asking about the “best vape pen for nicotine,” and I thought I’d share my own little journey on this. It’s a jungle out there, with so many options. Disposable ones, refillable ones, high nicotine, low nicotine… you name it. I remember when I first started, I was totally lost.
My first move was to ask around. I talked to friends, read some online forums, you know, the usual. I saw some folks online back in 2018 were raving about a particular pen, calling it the “best of the year.” But honestly, you can’t just take people’s word for it. Everyone’s different.

My First Try
- The Experiment: So, I picked up a few different types to try. I got a couple of disposables, just to get a feel for it without committing too much. Then, I also grabbed a refillable one, thinking it might be better in the long run.
- Nicotine Levels: This was a big one for me. I read somewhere that when you’re starting, it’s better to go low with nicotine. I think they mentioned that a 5% concentration might be too much for a newbie. I didn’t want to end up feeling sick, so I played it safe.
What I Learned
I started with the disposables. They were okay, convenient, but I felt like I was throwing away a lot of stuff. The refillable one was a bit more work, you know, refilling the e-liquid and all that. But it felt a bit more, I don’t know, substantial?
- Disposable vs. Refillable: I’m still not 100% sure which one I prefer. Disposables are easy, but refillables feel more environmentally friendly, I guess.
- About That Nicotine: Turns out, they were right about starting low. I tried a higher concentration once, and it just wasn’t pleasant. I felt a little off, and it definitely wasn’t enjoyable.
The Lung Thing
Then there’s this whole thing about lung issues. I stumbled upon this term, “EVALI.” It stands for something like “e-cigarette or vaping use-associated lung injury.” Apparently, there were some cases of people getting really sick from vaping. That kinda freaked me out, not gonna lie.
Still Figuring It Out
So, yeah, I’m still on this journey, trying to find that “best” vape pen. I guess what I’ve learned so far is that there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. It’s really about what you’re looking for, what feels right for you. And definitely, starting with a lower nicotine level is the way to go. Oh, and being aware of the potential health risks, that’s important too.
Anyway, that’s my story for now. I’ll probably keep experimenting and learning. Maybe I’ll update you guys later if I discover something new. It’s a process, you know? But hey, at least it’s an interesting one.
