Okay, so I wanted to try making my own chocolate milk vape juice. You know, for fun and to see if I could get that perfect milky chocolate taste without all the weird aftertastes I’ve had with some store-bought ones.
First off, I did some digging around to get an idea of what I was getting myself into. Most folks online were saying that chocolate flavors are a pain to work with. They tend to gunk up coils fast and can taste burnt pretty quick. Sounded like a challenge, but I was up for it.

I grabbed a bunch of different chocolate flavorings to experiment with. Some were milk chocolate, some dark, and a few were just labeled “chocolate.” I figured I’d mix and match until I hit the right combo. I started with small batches, just a few milliliters at a time. I didn’t want to waste a bunch of juice if things went south.
The mixing process was a bit of trial and error. I’d mix a few drops of this and a few drops of that, shake it up, and then let it sit for a bit. Then came the taste tests. Some were okay, some were pretty bad. One tasted like burnt rubber mixed with chocolate, which was gross. I realized that using a better base was also very important.
After a bunch of attempts, I finally found a mix that I liked. It was a combo of a milk chocolate flavoring with a hint of a darker chocolate to give it some depth. It wasn’t too sweet and had a nice, smooth chocolate flavor. I also found that a bit of a sweetener made it a little better.
- Mix a few different flavors together
- Add a little at a time
- Taste often and adjust
- Let it steep for a bit
I filled up a tank with my new concoction and gave it a go. The first few puffs were great. The flavor was spot on, and it didn’t gunk up my coil as fast as I thought it would. I vaped it for a few days, and it still tasted good. No burnt taste, just smooth, milky chocolate goodness.
The last thing I made sure to do was check the color and smell of the juice regularly. It stayed a nice, consistent color and kept its chocolatey aroma. If it had started to look or smell weird, I would’ve tossed it. Safety first, right?
So yeah, that’s how I ended up making my own chocolate milk vape juice. It was a fun little project, and I ended up with a tasty vape that I really enjoy. Plus, I learned a bit about mixing flavors and what to watch out for.
Tips for Next Time
If I do this again, I’ll probably try a few different milk flavors to see if I can get an even creamier taste. Maybe a vanilla could add to this.
