Okay, here’s my experience making cool mint vape juice:
So, I’ve been vaping for a while now, and I’m always looking for new flavors to try. I’m a big fan of minty stuff, so I decided to give making my own “cool mint” e-juice a shot. It seemed simple enough, right?

First, I gathered my supplies. I already had some propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG). I use those as a base for my e-juice. Then I ordered a bottle of “cool mint” flavoring. I also got some nicotine, but that’s optional, of course. You do you.
Next, I had to figure out the ratios. I wanted a strong minty flavor, but not too overpowering. After some tinkering, I went with a mix of 70% PG and 30% VG. For the flavoring, I started with just a few drops and planned to add more later if needed. I also added a tiny bit of nicotine. Just a little bit.
Once I had my ingredients, it was time to mix! I carefully measured out the PG and VG, pouring them into a clean bottle. Then, I added the cool mint flavoring and the nicotine. Finally, I screwed on the cap and gave the bottle a good, hard shake. Really shake it up, like you mean it.
Now came the hard part: waiting. I knew I had to let the juice “steep” for a while, you know, to let the flavors meld together. I’ve heard it makes a big difference. Some people say a few days, some say a week, so I decided to go for about 5 days. I just put the bottle in a dark, cool place and tried to forget about it. Not an easy thing.
Finally, after 5 long days, it was time to try my creation! I filled up my vape tank with the fresh cool mint juice and took a puff.
And guess what? It was pretty darn good! The minty flavor was strong but not too crazy, and it had a nice cooling sensation. It wasn’t perfect – I think I could’ve used a tiny bit more flavoring. So, I added a few more drops, gave it another good shake, and tried it again. This time, it was spot on!
Here is my simple list of what I did:
- Got my PG, VG, cool mint flavoring, and nicotine.
- Mixed 70% PG, 30% VG, a little nicotine, and a few drops of flavoring.
- Shook it up really well.
- Let it steep in a dark place for 5 days.
- Added a couple more drops of flavoring after the first try.
So yeah, making my own cool mint vape juice was a success! It was a fun little project, and now I have a big bottle of delicious, minty goodness to enjoy. Plus, it was way cheaper than buying pre-made stuff. I’m definitely going to try making other flavors in the future. Maybe a fruity one next time.
