Okay, so I’ve been seeing these Orion Bars all over the place, and I finally caved and decided to try them out. Man, the choices! It’s like a candy store in there. I wanted to figure out what all the hype was about and see which flavors were actually good.
First thing I did was just stare at the display case for like, 10 minutes. Seriously, there are so many options. You got your fruity stuff, your minty stuff, even some that sounded like straight-up desserts. I decided to just grab a bunch of different ones to get a good feel for what they offer.
The Experiment Begins
I ended up picking out five flavors that caught my eye:
- Summer Berry Ice – Sounded refreshing, you know?
- Blue Razz – I mean, who doesn’t love blue raspberry?
- Mango Tango – I’m a sucker for anything mango.
- Cool Mint – Figured I needed at least one minty one in the mix.
- Strawberry Cheesecake – Okay, this one I was just really curious about.
I started with the Summer Berry Ice. Took a puff, and it was actually pretty nice! It was like a mix of berries with a cool kick at the end. Not too sweet, just right. I puffed on it for a while, and noticed the light on the thing was green. Later I found out that means it’s got good battery life, like 70-95% full. Nice!
Next up was Blue Razz. This one was sweeter, for sure. It definitely tasted like blue raspberry candy. If you’re into that, you’d probably like this one. I took some puffs, noticed the light change to yellow at one point, which means it’s in the middle like 30-70% charged.
Then I moved on to Mango Tango. This one was my favorite so far! It really did taste like mango, but it wasn’t overpowering. It was a smooth, fruity vape. Definitely one I’d get again. The light was still yellow, so plenty of juice left.
Cool Mint was next. This one was exactly what you’d expect. A strong, minty flavor that cleared out my sinuses. It was good, but not something I’d vape all day. I did see the light turn red at one point though! That’s when I learned it means the battery’s pretty low, 15-30%.
Finally, I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake. This one was interesting. It did kind of taste like cheesecake, but it was a little too sweet for me. It wasn’t bad, just not my favorite. Oh and yeah, it was still flashing red, time to charge it up.
So, after my little taste test, I think Orion Bars are pretty decent. There’s a flavor for everyone, whether you like fruity, minty, or something totally different. I’d say give them a try if you’re looking for a new vape. Just be prepared to be overwhelmed by the choices!
One time, I tried to take a puff and it was flashing red. I learned that’s a no-go, it means the battery is too low, even below 15% probably. Had to plug it in for a while before I could use it again.
Anyway, that’s my experience with Orion Bar flavors. I think I’m gonna try a few more next time. There’s a Pineapple Lemonade one that’s calling my name!
