- Water: Okay, this one’s pretty obvious. It’s just water, but it’s in there to mix things up, I guess.
But here’s where it gets a bit more interesting. Some of these sites talked about other stuff that might be in there, like:
- Flavorings: Makes sense, right? They gotta make these things taste like something. But what those flavorings actually are, they don’t really say.
- Nicotine: This one’s a biggie. Some have it, some don’t. And the ones that do, they have it in different amounts.
Now, I’m no scientist, so I’m just taking what I can find here. But it seems like these are the main things that make up what’s inside a Vuse pod. I even tried looking up if there are any differences between the flavors, like if the berry ones have something special, but no luck there. They keep those details pretty close to the vest.

So basically, from all I’ve found a Vuse pod seems to have these five ingredients: propylene glycol (PG), glycerol (VG), water, flavorings, and sometimes nicotine. It’s not much, but it is something. It is better than nothing for me.
