Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this idea for a while, and I finally decided to give it a shot: making a diet coke flavored vape. Yeah, you heard that right. I’m a huge fan of Diet Coke, like, I drink it all the time. And I also vape, so I thought, why not combine the two?
First, I needed to figure out where to even get the stuff to make this happen. I hopped online, started Googling around, and found a bunch of online vape shops. There’s a ton of them! I looked at a few, like Element Vape and some others that popped up. They all had a crazy amount of mods, those pod systems, and a million different vape juices. It was a bit overwhelming, to be honest.

I also checked out some big-name sites like Best Buy and Target. I mean, they sell everything, right? Best Buy actually had some vape stuff, even a “Diet Pepsi Beverage Mix,” which, close enough? Target had Diet Coke on sale, but that wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I needed something I could put in my vape, not just something to drink.
Then I hit up Amazon. You can find pretty much anything on Amazon, and sure enough, they had some vape stuff too. But honestly, most of the online vape shops seemed to have better selections specifically for what I needed.
After comparing a bunch of sites, I decided to order from one of those dedicated vape shops. I wanted to make sure I got the right gear. I ended up getting a GeekVape Aegis X, which someone online said was great for flavor, and a Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank. I figured if I’m going to do this, I might as well do it right. They had this age verification thing, which was kind of a hassle, but whatever, I get it.
Mixing the Juice
Now for the fun part: actually making the Diet Coke vape juice. This was a whole experiment in itself. I looked up some DIY vape juice recipes online and tried to find something that would taste like Diet Coke. There’s a bunch of concentrate flavors out there, like cola, vanilla, and citrus. I ordered a few different ones to play around with.
- Cola Concentrate: This was the base, obviously. It had that distinct cola flavor, but it needed something more.
- Vanilla Concentrate: A little bit of vanilla to add some sweetness and that classic Diet Coke vibe.
- Citrus Concentrate: I used a mix of lemon and lime to give it that tangy kick.
I mixed the concentrates with some VG and PG, which are the base liquids for vape juice. It took a lot of trial and error, I’m not gonna lie. I made a bunch of small batches, trying different ratios of the flavors. Some were way too sweet, others tasted nothing like Diet Coke. It was a mess.
Finally, Success!
But finally, after like, a week of messing around, I nailed it. I found a mix that actually tasted like Diet Coke! It was crazy. I filled up my new tank, took a puff, and boom, Diet Coke in vapor form. I was pretty stoked.
So, yeah, that’s my story of making a Diet Coke flavored vape. It was a weird little project, but it was fun. And now I can enjoy my favorite drink in a whole new way. If you’re a Diet Coke addict like me and you’re into vaping, maybe give it a shot. Just be prepared to experiment a lot to get the flavor just right. Cheers!
