Okay, so I’ve been trying out different rolling tobaccos lately, looking for something that hits the spot just right. I heard about Ohm Silver, and figured, why not give it a shot? Here’s how it went.
First Impressions
I picked up a pouch of Ohm Silver. The packaging looked pretty standard, nothing fancy. I noticed it said “extra light” on it, which I was a little worried about, I like something strong. But I was already there, so I went with it.

Getting Started
I opened up the pouch, and the tobacco smelled… okay. Kinda mild, a little sweet, maybe? Not a super strong tobacco smell, which makes sense for an “extra light”. I took out my rolling papers and filters – my usual setup.
The Rolling Process
- The tobacco was pretty finely cut, which is good. Made it easier to handle.
- It wasn’t too dry or too moist. Just right for rolling, I think.
- I rolled a couple of cigarettes, no problem. It packed nicely into the paper.
The Smoke Test
I lit up one of the cigarettes. The first puff… yeah, it was definitely light. Almost too light for my taste. I’m used to something with a bit more kick. I took a few more puffs, trying to get a good feel for it.
The flavor was… subtle. It had tobacco taste. A bit of sweetness, maybe a hint of… I dunno, something earthy? It wasn’t bad, just… not very strong. It burned pretty evenly, which was good. No weird canoeing or anything.
My Thoughts
So, after smoking a few of these Ohm Silver cigarettes, here’s what I think:
- It’s definitely light: If you like a really mild smoke, this might be for you.
- It’s smooth: No harshness at all. Went down easy.
- It’s… kinda boring: For me, at least. I like something with more flavor, more of a punch.
I finished off that pouch, because i dont want to waste it. Will I buy Ohm Silver again? Probably not. It’s not a bad tobacco, it’s just not my thing. I’ll keep searching for that perfect smoke!
