So, the other day, I decided to try out one of those 0 nic disposable vapes. I’ve been hearing about them and, well, I’m not a smoker, never have been, but I was curious. You know, no nicotine, just the flavors and the whole vaping experience without the addictive stuff.
I went to that vape shop downtown, the one with all the crazy lights and stuff. I told the guy there I wanted to try a 0 nic disposable vape, he showed me a bunch of different ones.

I picked up a few that looked interesting – a mango one, something called “blue razz,” and a strawberry-kiwi. Paid for them, pretty cheap, and headed home to give them a shot.
First up was the mango one. I took a puff and… it was alright. The flavor was definitely there, kind of like a mango candy. I puffed on it a few more times, it felt a little weird just inhaling and exhaling vapor, but I guess that’s the point. After a while the flavor started to fade, and I felt like I just had a puff for a long time.
- Mango: Tasted like candy, decent, but faded quickly.
Next, I tried the “blue razz” one. Honestly, I don’t even know what blue razz is supposed to taste like, but it was kind of tart and sweet at the same time. This one produced a lot more vapor than the mango one, which was kind of cool, I guess. I could see how people get into those cloud-chasing competitions. But after a while, it just tasted like sweet air.
- Blue Razz: Tart and sweet, big clouds, but got boring.
Finally, I went for the strawberry-kiwi. This one was probably my favorite flavor-wise. It was a good mix of sweet and slightly tangy. I puffed on this one the longest, just chilling on my couch and watching some TV. I could see how this could be a nice alternative for someone trying to quit smoking, you know, to replace the hand-to-mouth habit.
- Strawberry-Kiwi: Best flavor, good for relaxing.
I puffed each of them for a while, switching back and forth. Eventually, they all started tasting kind of burnt, and the vapor got thinner. I guess that’s the “disposable” part coming into play. They definitely didn’t last as long as I thought they would, but I wasn’t expecting much for a few bucks each. I tried disassembling the e-cigarette. It consists of a battery, heating coil, and liquid tank. It’s not too complicated, and it’s quite simple.
My Thoughts
Overall, it was an interesting experience. Would I do it again? Probably not. It’s just not my thing. I can see the appeal for people trying to cut down on nicotine or quit smoking altogether, but for me, it felt kind of pointless. I mean, I didn’t get any kind of buzz or anything, and inhaling flavored air just isn’t that exciting. If you’re really craving something sweet, just eat some candy, you know? I heard from someone else’s sharing that a single e-cigarette can be harmful to the body’s blood vessels. I think I won’t try it again.
But hey, if you’re curious, go for it. Just don’t expect it to be some life-changing experience. It’s just flavored vapor, no nicotine involved.
