Electronic cigarettes are not permitted in checked luggage.
Carry-On Baggage Regulations
Aviation security regulations, including those enforced by bodies such as the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), explicitly prohibit the placement of electronic smoking devices in checked bags. This category includes e-cigarettes, vapes, vape pens, e-cigars, e-hookahs, and other personal vaporizers or electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS).

These devices must be transported in your carry-on baggage only. The primary reason for this restriction is the fire risk associated with the lithium batteries commonly used in these devices. If these batteries were to malfunction, overheat, or short-circuit in the cargo hold, it could lead to an inaccessible fire.
When carrying electronic cigarettes in your hand luggage, it is also advisable to take measures to prevent accidental activation of the heating element.
