Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this Elf Bar vape thing for a while now, and one thing that kept bugging me was how to charge it properly. You know, these things don’t come with a charger in the box, so it’s a bit of a guessing game at first.
So, I found out that most of these Elf Bar vapes use a USB-C charging cable. That is to say, I got a USB-C cable.

Then I started my little experiment. I plugged the USB-C cable into the bottom of the Elf Bar. It’s pretty obvious where the port is, you can’t miss it. Then, I connected the other end to a regular USB wall adapter – you know, the ones you use for your phone.
Here’s what I did step-by-step:
- Find the charging port: It’s on the bottom of the device.
- Plug in the USB-C cable: One end goes into the Elf Bar, and the other into a power source.
- Wait: I just left it plugged in for a while. Some models have an LED light that shows when it’s charging. It changes color or turns off when it’s fully charged. You’ll notice the LED light start blinking.
And that’s pretty much it. These vapes are pretty simple to charge once you have the right cable. But I have to say that it’s really a pity that most Elf Bars are non-rechargeable, meaning once the battery runs out, there’s nothing you can do. It’s really inconvenient. But if you’re looking for a rechargeable disposable, take note of the following Elf Bar models: BC1600, BC3000/3500/4000/5000, BC5000 Ultra, BB3000/3500, LB5000, CR5000, 4600/5000.
Just don’t leave it plugged in for too long, because overcharging is a no-no. You want the battery to last as long as possible, right?
So yeah, that’s my experience with charging these Elf Bar vapes. Hope this helps someone out there!
