Okay, so, I recently got my hands on the Voopoo Argus Pro 2. I’d heard some buzz about it being a decent upgrade from the original, and I was pretty stoked to try it out.
Unboxing and First Look
First thing I did was tear open the box. It’s got this kinda classy look, with a leather grip that feels pretty good in your hand. Nothing too flashy, but definitely a step up in terms of build quality compared to some other stuff I’ve used.

Getting it Charged Up
Next, I plugged it in to charge. It’s got a USB-C port, which is pretty standard these days. I just grabbed the cable that came with it, hooked it up to my computer, and waited. The screen shows you when it’s fully charged, so you’re not left guessing.
Filling ‘er Up
Filling the tank was the next step. I’ve learned the hard way that you gotta be careful with this part. You don’t wanna just fill it to the brim. I made sure to leave a little bit of air in there to avoid any leaks. I had an experience before with this from some other vape, it sucks!
Messing with the Settings
Now for the fun part – playing around with the settings. You gotta click the fire button three times fast to change the wattage. Then you just click it to adjust the power level. Once you find the sweet spot, hold the fire button down to lock it in. It takes some times to play around.
Trying Out Different Modes
This thing has a few different modes, like Smart Mode and RBA Mode. I’m still figuring out all the differences, but it’s cool to have options. I mostly just messed around with it.
Checking the Airflow
You can also adjust the airflow on this thing. I played around with it a bit to see how it affected the draw. Pretty straightforward stuff, like any other vape.
Overall Thoughts
So far, I’m pretty happy with the Voopoo Argus Pro 2. It feels solid, works well, and has a bunch of features to play with.
- Build Quality: Feels pretty solid, like it’ll last.
- Battery: 3000mAh, which seems to last a good while.
- Power: Goes up to 80W, which is plenty for me.
- Modes: Smart Mode, RBA Mode, and others I’m still exploring.
- Coils: Uses the new PnP X coils, which are supposed to be good.
I’ll probably keep using this thing for a while and see how it holds up. But yeah, it’s a pretty decent piece of kit if you are looking for this.
