Alright, today I’m gonna talk about my recent experience with two popular vape devices, the Uwell Caliburn A2S and the A2. I bought both of them last month because I wanted to upgrade my old vape and couldn’t decide which one to get. So, I thought, why not get both and see which one is better?
First, let’s talk about the A2S. When I unboxed it, I noticed that it doesn’t have a fire button. It’s draw-activated only, which is pretty cool. It means you just take a puff, and it starts working. I filled it with my favorite e-liquid and started vaping. The flavor was really good, and the draw was smooth. I used it for about a week, and the pod lasted me the entire time without any issues. The battery is 520mAh, so it lasted me a full day of moderate use before I had to recharge it.

Then I moved on to the A2. This one does have a fire button, but you can also use it draw-activated. I kinda like having the option, to be honest. I used the same e-liquid in the A2, and I have to say, the flavor was just as good as the A2S. The draw felt a little tighter, which I enjoyed. I used this one for another week, and again, the pod held up really well. And I found out that the A2 and A2S pods are actually interchangeable! That’s a big plus in my book. The battery life was similar to the A2S, lasting me about a day on a single charge.
Now, you might be wondering, which one do I prefer? Well, after using both, I honestly like them both for different reasons.
- Caliburn A2S: If you like a simpler, no-button device, the A2S is great. It’s straightforward to use, and the flavor is on point. The draw is a bit airier.
- Caliburn A2: If you want the option to use a button or not, the A2 is the way to go. The draw is a bit tighter, which I personally prefer.
Both devices provide a refined vaping experience. The pods last a decent amount of time, around 1-2 weeks, depending on how much you vape. I’ve been using these for a month now, and I haven’t had any major issues with either one.
In the end, it really comes down to personal preference. Both the Caliburn A2S and A2 are solid choices. They are user-friendly, have good battery life, and deliver great flavor. If you’re trying to decide between the two, think about whether you want a button or not and if you prefer a tighter or airier draw. Either way, you’re getting a quality vape.
Oh, and before I forget, I did some reading online and came across some info about the Caliburn X and G2. I haven’t tried those yet, but it seems like Uwell has a pretty good lineup of devices. Maybe I’ll try them out next and share my thoughts. Until then, happy vaping!
