Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this VOOPOO DRAG H40 thing for a bit, and I gotta say, it’s pretty neat for something so small. I mean, this thing fits right in my palm, but it actually packs a decent punch when it comes to vaping.
First off, I charged it up. It’s got a 1500mAh battery, which isn’t too shabby. Then I started playing around with the coils. It came with two: a 0.3 ohm and a 0.45 ohm one. I slapped in the 0.3 ohm coil first because I’m more into that direct-to-lung style of vaping.

Trying Out Different Modes
- Smart Mode: I tried the “Smart Mode” first. It’s supposed to figure out the best wattage for the coil you’re using. It worked okay, I guess. It’s probably good for beginners, but I like having more control.
- RBA Mode: This is more my style. You can manually adjust the wattage to whatever you want. I cranked it up a bit and got some pretty good clouds and flavor.
The kit also comes with this “PnP II Pod” that holds a couple of milliliters of juice. I filled it up with some of my favorite e-liquid and started puffing away.
Experimenting with Airflow
One thing I noticed is that the airflow can really change the experience. I tried tightening it up for a more restricted draw, but it felt a bit weird if I pulled too hard. It seems like it’s better to take it easy with a tighter airflow. When I opened it up, though, that’s where it shined. Big, airy draws were super satisfying.
I played around with the 0.45-ohm coil too, but it didn’t really change much. But, the package said that it’s compatible with a bunch of other “PnP” coils, so I might try those later, especially some of the higher-wattage ones. I get the feeling that this little device could handle them, but I wasn’t sure.
Overall Thoughts
Honestly, this little DRAG H40 is pretty cool. It’s simple to use, feels good in my hand, and delivers a solid vaping experience. I like the zinc alloy and leather design, too. It feels durable and looks pretty sleek. I’ve dropped it a couple of times already, and it’s held up fine. It’s definitely something I’d recommend to someone looking for a compact, grab it and go device, especially if they’re just starting out or if they want something for when they’re out and about.
