After around 30 minutes, I checked on the Geek Bar. The indicator light was on, which meant it was charging. Seemed like it was taking its sweet time. At about the 45-minute mark, the light changed, signaling it was fully charged. I noted the time again – it was 3:15 PM. I unplugged it and gave it a try. Worked like a charm, back in action!
My Observations
So, based on my little experiment, it took roughly 45 minutes to fully charge my Geek Bar from completely dead. Of course, this might change a bit depending on the charger you use or how old your Geek Bar is. But, I think it is a good estimate for anyone wondering.
One more thing I realized – it is probably not a great idea to leave these things charging overnight. It is like, you do not need that much time, and it might even mess up the battery in the long run. Just keep an eye on it while it is charging, and you will be good.
