Okay, so I’ve been getting a lot of questions about Geek Bars lately, specifically, “how long should a geek bar last?” So, I decided to put it to the test myself. I bought a few different Geek Bar models and tracked my usage to give you guys some real-world data, not just what’s printed on the box.
My Geek Bar Experiment
First, I grabbed a standard Geek Bar. The packaging said something like “up to 575 puffs.” Now, I’m not a heavy vaper, but I do enjoy a few puffs throughout the day. I started by making a note of the date and time that I get it open.

Day 1: It tasted great! The flavor was strong, and the draw was smooth. No issues at all.
- Started using the Geek Bar at [start Date and Time].
- Took around 5 puffs per time, about 4 times during the day.
- So far so good, tastes amazing.
Day 2: Still going strong. The flavor maybe dipped slightly, but nothing major. I’m starting to wonder if this 575 puff estimate is legit. I took approximately the same amout of puffs.
- Still vaping at intervals, similar to yesterday.
Day 3: Okay, now I’m noticing a difference. The flavor is definitely weaker, and I feel like I’m having to pull harder to get a good hit. Still working, but not as satisfying. Again, took the same amount of puffs and times during the day.
Day 4: It’s pretty much done. I can get a tiny bit of vapor, but it tastes burnt, and it’s just not worth it. Time to toss it.
My Final Thoughts
So, based on my totally unscientific test, a regular Geek Bar lasted me about three and a half days. Keep in mind, that I’m a moderate user. If you’re chain-vaping all day, it’ll probably last you less time. I definitely didn’t get anywhere near 575 puffs, but that’s probably based on my longer draws.I reckon I took an estimated 100 – 150 puffs from the device.
I also tried out a Geek Bar Pulse, which is supposed to last even longer. That one actually did last me a full week, but again, I wasn’t hitting it constantly. The end result was the same, though the flavour died, the power went and started to taste burnt.
Bottom line? Don’t expect miracles. These things are disposable, and they’re not going to last forever. If you want a longer-lasting device, you might want to look into refillable vapes. But if you’re just looking for something convenient and easy, Geek Bars are a decent option, just don’t expect them to defy the laws of physics.
