Okay, so, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about these Lost Mary vapes lately. Specifically, folks wanna know: how much nicotine is actually in these things? So, I decided to dig in and get some answers. It wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it’d be, but I managed to figure it out.
First, I grabbed a few different Lost Mary vapes that I had lying around. I’ve got an OS5000, a BM600, and an MO5000 here. I figured I’d start by looking at the packaging to see if the nicotine content was listed. I mean, it should be right there, right? Turns out, it kind of is, but you need to know what you’re looking for.

Most of these Lost Mary vapes say they have 5% nicotine. Now, I’m no chemist, but I know that 5% doesn’t really tell me the whole story. What that actually means is 50 milligrams per milliliter (50 mg/mL). I had to do a bit of Googling to figure that out. So, each milliliter of e-liquid in these vapes has 50 milligrams of nicotine.
But then I had to figure out how much e-liquid is actually in each vape. That’s where things got a little tricky. The packaging doesn’t always make it super clear. But I did some more digging online and found out that most Lost Mary vapes contain around 2 milliliters of e-liquid. Some, like the OS5000, can have more, like 13 milliliters or so. So, if we do the math, a vape with 2 milliliters of e-liquid and 50 mg/mL of nicotine would have a total of 100 milligrams of nicotine (2 mL 50 mg/mL = 100 mg). It’s simple math, really, once you have all the numbers.
My Findings
- Nicotine Strength: Most Lost Mary vapes have a nicotine strength of 5%, which means 50 mg/mL.
- E-liquid Volume: The amount of e-liquid varies, but many Lost Mary vapes contain around 2 mL, while others like the OS5000 can hold up to 13 mL.
- Total Nicotine: To get the total nicotine, you just multiply the e-liquid volume by the nicotine strength. For example, a 2 mL vape with 50 mg/mL has 100 mg of nicotine (2 mL 50 mg/mL = 100 mg).
- Puffs: On average, I found that a single Lost Mary vape, especially the smaller ones, can last for around 600 puffs.
So, there you have it. It took a bit of detective work, but I finally figured out how much nicotine is in a Lost Mary vape. I hope this helps clear things up for those of you who were as confused as I was. If you’ve got any more questions, feel free to hit me up. I’m always happy to share what I learn on my little vaping adventures!
