Okay, so today I wanted to mess around with making some juice. I’ve been seeing “Juice Head” stuff all over the place and thought, why not give it a shot? The flavor I picked out was Watermelon Strawberry. Sounds pretty good, right? A nice mix of sweet and juicy.
Getting Started
First things first, I gathered up my ingredients. I grabbed a big, ripe watermelon from the fridge. I love how heavy those things are, makes you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth, you know? Then, I picked up a fresh box of strawberries. I always try to get the brightest, reddest ones I can find. They just taste better, I swear.

Next, I got my blender out. It’s one of those fancy ones that can crush ice and everything. I don’t use it that often, but it’s perfect for making juice and smoothies. Then, I washed all the fruit thoroughly.
Chopping and Blending
I started with the watermelon. I cut it in half, then into quarters, and scooped out the flesh with a big spoon. I tossed the chunks into the blender. I didn’t bother to remove the seeds as it has a strainer.
For the strawberries, I just pulled off the green tops and threw the whole berries into the blender. They were so juicy and smelled amazing.
With all the fruit in, I put the lid on and hit the blend button. It made a bit of noise at first, especially when it was chopping up the watermelon, but then it smoothed out. I let it blend for a good minute or so until everything was nice and liquidy.
Straining and Tasting
Once it was all blended, I grabbed a big glass and poured the juice. Man, it looked so good, all bright pink and frothy.
I took a sip, and wow, it was delicious! The watermelon flavor was really strong, but you could definitely taste the strawberry too. It was sweet, but not too sweet, and really refreshing.
Final Thoughts
- It’s super easy to make.
- It tastes way better than store-bought juice.
- It’s a great way to use up extra fruit.
I’m definitely going to be making this again. Maybe next time I’ll add a little mint or something, just to change it up. But yeah, if you’re looking for a tasty and easy juice recipe, give this Watermelon Strawberry one a try. You won’t regret it!
