Okay, so, I got curious about how many puffs you can actually get out of those Raz vapes. You know, the ones that say they last for thousands of puffs? I decided to put it to the test myself.
First, I grabbed a brand new Raz vape. It’s one of those disposable ones, pre-filled with e-liquid. This one was supposed to have around 9000 puffs, according to the packaging, and it came with a little window to show the e-liquid level and a counter for the number of puffs. I made sure it was fully charged – it uses a type-C charger, which is pretty standard these days.

Then, I started vaping. I kept track of how many puffs I was taking each day. I would look at the number of puffs remaining in the device. I also made a note of how the vape felt – you know, the vapor production, the flavor, and the airflow. I wanted to see if there was any change as I got closer to the end.
- Day 1: Started strong. The flavor was good, the vapor was thick, and the airflow was smooth. The puff counter was working fine.
- Day 3: Still going strong. No noticeable change in performance. The puff counter was slowly ticking down, and the e-liquid level was still pretty high.
- Day 7: The e-liquid level was getting lower, but the performance was still consistent. I was starting to wonder if it would actually reach 9000 puffs.
- Day 10: Okay, I started noticing a slight change in the flavor. It wasn’t as intense as before. The vapor production was also a bit less. The airflow was still okay, though.
- Day 14: The flavor was definitely weaker now. The vapor was noticeably thinner, and the airflow started to feel a bit restricted. The light started blinking when I took a puff.
- Day 16: The vape was pretty much done. It tasted burnt, and I could hardly get any vapor out of it. The light doesn’t light up at all. The puff counter was nowhere near 9000.
I found it stopped producing vapor when it was empty, or sometimes it would taste burnt. Sometimes the airflow was weak. All of these meant it was out of e-liquid.
So, here’s the deal: in my experience, the Raz vape didn’t last for the advertised 9000 puffs. It was more like a few thousand, maybe 7000 or less. I think the number of puffs you get depends on how long and how hard you puff. The puff counter is a rough guide. It’s not super accurate. It is more like an estimate.
I learned that those puff counts on disposable vapes are more like estimates. They’re probably based on some ideal scenario in a lab where a machine takes a bunch of short puffs. Real-life usage is different.
Anyway, that was my little experiment. It was interesting to see how long these things actually last. Hope this helps you guys!
