Okay, so I saw this thing online about refilling disposable vapes. I got curious, ’cause, you know, why throw them away if you can just refill them, right? So I decided to give it a try.
First, I grabbed one of my old disposable vapes that was already empty. I looked at it closely and found out the mouthpiece was the part that I needed to take off first. So I carefully removed the mouthpiece. It was a bit tricky, but I managed to pull it off without breaking anything.

- Took me a couple of tries, but I got it.
- I used my fingernails and some gentle wiggling.
Once I got that mouthpiece off, I saw the inside of the vape. There was this little hole where the e-liquid goes. I grabbed my bottle of e-liquid – I went with a mango flavor this time, my favorite – and carefully filled the tank, making sure not to overfill it. It’s like filling up a tiny, tiny gas tank.
After filling it up, I put the mouthpiece back on. I pushed it down firmly, I heard a little “click,” and then I knew it was secure.
Then came the moment of truth. I took a puff, and bam! It worked! It was like a brand new vape, but with my favorite e-liquid. Pretty cool, huh?
My Takeaway
Honestly, it was easier than I thought it would be. It did take a bit of patience to get the mouthpiece off, but overall, it’s a pretty simple process. Saved me some bucks, and it’s kinda fun to do, too.
So if you’ve got an empty disposable vape lying around, and you’re feeling a bit adventurous, you should try it. And you can have your favorite flavor inside, you can use it many times.
But just be careful when you’re taking off the mouthpiece. You don’t want to break it. Good luck!
