Okay, so I finally got my hands on the Geek Vape Z200 200W Starter Kit. I’ve been eyeing this thing for a while, and I was super stoked to unbox it and see what it’s all about.
Unboxing and First Impressions
First things first, the packaging was pretty slick. I ripped that box open and found the mod itself, the Z Max tank, a couple of coils, a spare glass tube, a USB-C cable, and the usual user manual and warranty card. The mod felt solid, not too heavy, but definitely not cheap. It’s got this cool, kind of futuristic design with a big color screen. I dig it.

Setting It Up
The Z Max tank was easy to figure out. I unscrewed the top, popped in one of the coils (I went with the pre-installed one to start), and filled it up with some of my favorite juice. The filling port is a good size, so I didn’t make a mess, which is always a plus. Then I screwed the tank onto the mod. Five clicks of the fire button turned the device on, and that big screen lit up. Nice!
Playing with the Settings
The menu system is pretty straightforward. I used the up and down buttons to scroll through the different modes – Power, TC-NI, TC-SS, TC-TI, VPC, and Bypass. I’m mostly a wattage vaper, so I stuck with Power mode. I started low, around 60 watts, and gradually increased it until I found my sweet spot. The screen shows all the important info: wattage, battery level, coil resistance, puff counter… the works.
The Vape Experience
This is where the Z200 really shines. The flavor from the Z Max tank is amazing! I was getting really clean, crisp hits, and the cloud production is insane. I mean, seriously, this thing chucks clouds. I played around with the airflow control, and I found that I liked it best with the airflow wide open.
Battery Life
The device needs two 18650 batteries(I bought them myself, it is not included). After using for one day, the batteries performed pretty well.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I’m super impressed with the Geek Vape Z200. It’s a powerful, well-built device that delivers excellent flavor and vapor production. It’s easy to use, even for a relative beginner, and the battery life is solid. If you’re looking for a new dual-battery mod and a great tank, I’d definitely recommend checking this one out. I think I got my money worth with it.
