Okay, so I recently got into this whole vaping thing, and let me tell you, it’s a rabbit hole. I started with a simple device, but then I wanted to try something a bit more, you know, advanced. I ended up getting a VOOPOO device, specifically one that uses the UFORCE tank. It’s pretty cool, but then came the time to change the coils. That’s where the confusion started.
I went online and started looking for UFORCE coils, and I found a bunch of different types: N1, N2, N3, D4 and even P coils. I was like, “What the heck is the difference?” There were single mesh, dual mesh, even triple mesh and they had different recommended wattages. Honestly, it was all a bit overwhelming.

So, I did what any normal person would do – I started digging through forums, reading product descriptions, and watching review videos. I learned that generally, coils are designed for specific tanks, which is understandable. But then I discovered that some coils are actually compatible with multiple tanks from different brands, like SMOK and Freemax. It’s like a secret club of coils or something.
For my UFORCE tank, I discovered that the UFORCE coils are specifically designed for it. However, I learned that there are UFORCE N series coils and P series coils. I got lost in researching for a whole day.
- N1-These seem to be the single mesh coils, good for flavor and vapor.
- N2-The dual mesh ones, supposedly better for bigger clouds.
- N3-Triple mesh, even bigger clouds apparently.
- D4-I don’t know what is going on with D4.
Then there are UFORCE P series coils, like P2. I could not understand why P2 is still UFORCE coils. I spent a whole day to figure it out.
Then I found a little piece of information mentioning that VOOPOO also has PnP coils. My brain was about to explode! Those PnP coils are compatible with the UFORCE-L tank, but not the regular UFORCE tank. It’s like they’re playing coil-swapping games over there at VOOPOO. And then I thought P2 is PnP coils. Oh my god. No, it is not!
I’m just a guy who wanted to change my coil without messing up my vape! After a lot of reading, I decided to stick with the UFORCE N3 coils for now, because I like big clouds. I put one in, filled up the tank, and… it works! It’s actually pretty good.
But honestly, this whole coil compatibility thing is a mess. I wish it was simpler. My advice? If you’re using a UFORCE tank, just stick with the UFORCE coils. And if you’re feeling adventurous, maybe try the different N or P series ones. Just make sure you double-check before you buy anything. And maybe, just maybe, don’t go down the rabbit hole of cross-brand coil compatibility unless you’re ready for a headache.
Oh, and one more thing I learned – coils only last for a couple of weeks. So, I guess I’ll be back to square one soon enough. Wish me luck!
