Man, I’ve been trying to figure out this whole nicotine thing with Elf Bars lately. It’s kinda confusing, right? So, I did a little digging and experimenting myself to get to the bottom of it.
First off, I grabbed a bunch of different Elf Bars. You know, the ones you see everywhere. I got my hands on the Elf Bar 600, which is like their most popular one. What I noticed right away was that they’re pre-filled with this nicotine salt e-liquid. Nothing new to see there.

Experiment start!
Now, here’s where it gets interesting. The Elf Bar 600 says it’s got 20mg/ml of nicotine, which they also call 2%. And I bought another Elf Bar from the US with 5% nicotine by weight (50 mg/mL), just to see if this was different.
- Tried the 2% one first: I started puffing on the 2% Elf Bar and it felt pretty standard, you know? They say it lasts for about 600 puffs, which I tested out over a few days. Honestly, it felt like what you’d expect from a vape. I counted, but I only counted about 580 puffs.
- Moved on to the 5%: Then, I switched to the 5% one. Let me tell you, it was noticeably stronger. Each puff felt like it packed more of a punch. It was definitely a different experience compared to the 2% one.
So after all this, here’s what I figured out. The 2% Elf Bar is like your everyday vape. It’s got enough nicotine to satisfy, but it’s not overwhelming. The 5% one, though, that’s for someone who wants a stronger hit.
And get this, some folks say that an Elf Bar 600 is kinda like smoking 20 to 25 cigarettes in terms of nicotine. I’m not sure how accurate that is, but it gives you an idea.
Anyway, that’s my little adventure into the world of Elf Bars and nicotine levels. Hope it helps someone out there who’s as confused as I was!
