Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this e-cig battery charger thingy, and I gotta share what I’ve found. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, but I think I’ve got it figured out now.
So, first off, I noticed my e-cig battery wasn’t holding a charge like it used to. I mean, I’d charge it up, and it would die on me way faster than before. Super annoying, right? So, I started poking around, trying to figure out what was going on.

I checked the charger first, obviously. It seemed okay, but you never know. I even tried it with another battery, and that one charged up just fine. So, the charger wasn’t the problem. That was a relief, I guess.
The Battery Threads
Then, I remembered someone saying something about the battery threads. Apparently, if they get dirty, it can mess with the charging. So, I grabbed a Q-tip and some rubbing alcohol and carefully cleaned the inside of the charger and the battery. It was kinda gross, not gonna lie. There was some gunk built up in there. It was definitely not clean, it should be.
Temperature
- After that, I tried charging it again. Still no luck. Ugh, so frustrating! I was starting to think I’d have to buy a new battery, which I really didn’t want to do.
- But then I had another idea. I read somewhere that temperature can affect batteries. So, I put the battery in a room with a constant temperature for a whole day. I just left it there, hoping that would do the trick.
- Fingers crossed, I plugged it back into the charger the next day. And guess what? It started charging! I couldn’t believe it. It was like magic or something.
Conclusion
So, yeah, that’s my story about the e-cig battery charger. It wasn’t straightforward, and I had to try a few different things, but in the end, I managed to get it working again. It’s so nice not having to worry about my battery dying all the time. Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is having similar issues. It’s always good to learn from each other, right? Also you can try to use a hair dryer on the lowest setting to gently heat your cartridge and get the oil moving, if it’s clogged, you know.
Oh, and one more thing. Make sure you’re using the right charger for your battery. I know it sounds obvious, but sometimes people mix them up. And that can cause all sorts of problems. Alright, that’s all from me. Hope this helps someone out there!
