But here’s where it gets a bit tricky. I was like, “Okay, 20mg, but how much is that per puff?” Some folks online were saying each puff from the Geek Bar Pulse is like 0.15 to 0.3 mg of nicotine. Honestly, I had to read that a few times to even get what they were talking about.

Making Sense of the Numbers
Then I saw some stuff about how nicotine levels can be shown as percentages. Like, 3mg is 0.3%, 10mg is 1%, and 18mg is 1.8%. It took me a bit to wrap my head around that, but it kinda makes sense. If a regular cigarette is about 10 puffs, then 10 puffs on a Geek Bar should be roughly the same, right?
I even tried to do some math, like if a cigarette has about 10 puffs, then 10 puffs on a Geek Bar should be about the same. It’s not perfect, but it gives me some idea. It’s like, if I puff 10 times, have I had the same nicotine as one cigarette? Maybe, maybe not. Still, it’s something to think about. I’m just trying to get a feel for it, you know?

I mean, I just wanted to know what I’m inhaling, and now I’m down this rabbit hole of milligrams and percentages. I guess it’s good to know, but man, it’s a lot to take in.
