Alright, listen up, y’all. So, you got this fancy vape thingy, a Geekvape, and it’s stuck in this “bypass” thingamajig. Don’t you worry none, we’ll figure it out. It ain’t rocket science, I tell ya. It’s just like when the cow gets stuck in the fence, gotta wiggle it out, you know?
First off, what’s this “bypass” anyways? Well, from what I gather, it’s like when you let the water run straight from the well without no stoppin’. Full power, I guess. The battery’s juice goes straight to the coil, makes big clouds. But sometimes, you don’t want all that, right? You want to control it, like when you’re stirring the pot, not just letting it boil over.

Now, how do you get it out of this “bypass” mess? Seems like most of these gizmos, you gotta press that fire button, the one you use to take a puff, three times real quick. Like, bam, bam, bam! Not too slow, not too fast, just right. Then, you should see some stuff on the little screen, if it has one. If not, well, you might be outta luck, sonny.
Geeting out of Bypass Mode: Step by Step
- Step 1: Find that fire button and press it three times. Just like I said, bam, bam, bam!
- Step 2: Now, you should see somethin’ on the screen, like “VW”, “TC”, or that “bypass” we don’t want. If you see those letters, good. If not, try pressing the fire button five times to unlock it first. Sometimes these things are locked up tighter than a pickle jar.
- Step 3: If you see the letters, there’s usually some little buttons, like plus and minus. Use them to change the mode. You want somethin’ like “VW”, that’s “Variable Wattage,” means you can control how much power goes in. Or maybe “TC” for “Temperature Control,” if you’re fancy. Just not “bypass” , that’s what we don’t want.
- Step 4: Once you got the mode you want, hold down that fire button again to set it. Like sayin’ “Okay, this is what I want!”. It’s like when you pat the dough, you got to make sure it’s set right.
Now, if that don’t work, maybe your gizmo is different. I heard some folks say you gotta press other buttons, hold ’em down, or whatever. Maybe try lookin’ at that little paper that came with it, the “instructions” they call it. Or, if you’re like me and can’t make heads or tails of that tiny print, go find someone who knows about these things. Your grandson, maybe, those young’uns are good with this stuff.
And one more thing, be careful with that “bypass” thing. It can burn out your coil faster than a fly on a hot stove, if you don’t know what you doing. It uses up a lot of power too, like letting the tractor run all day when you just need to plow a small patch. So, unless you know what you’re doing, best to keep it outta that mode.
If all else fails, you can go to YouTube and watch videos. Search for your Geekvape and they will explain how to get yours out of bypass. Just remember to be careful and don’t do anything you’re not comfortable with. These things can be tricky, but with a little patience and some common sense, you can figure it out.
Important Note: Sometimes, these gizmos break, just like a rusty old plow. If you dropped it or somethin’, it might not work right no matter what you do. In that case, you might need to get a new one, or take it to someone who can fix it. And always remember to be careful, don’t go pokin’ around inside if you don’t know what you’re doin’. You could get hurt, or worse, mess up your fancy vape thingy for good.
