Okay, so I’ve been messing around with these 2-gram disposables, and I figured I’d share what I’ve found out about how long they last. I mean, it’s a pretty common question, right? You get one of these things, and the first thing you wonder is, “How long is this going to last me?”
So, I grabbed a couple of these 2-gram vapes and started using them like I normally do. I’m not a crazy heavy user, but I do enjoy a few puffs here and there throughout the day. Let’s say, about 10-12 moderate puffs each day, I jotted down each time I used them.

- First day: Started in the morning, took a few puffs, then again in the afternoon, and a couple more before bed. Everything was smooth.
- First week: Kept up my usual routine, and the thing was still going strong. I did not record the exact number of puffs, but I felt like it was consistent with my usual habit. I was pretty impressed, actually.
- Second week: No change in performance. It felt the same as the first week, and I started to think this little guy was going to last forever.
- Third week: Still going! At this point, I was sure it would give me at least 200 puffs in total. I could not believe it.
Then, around the end of the third week, I noticed it starting to get a little weak. And, it finally ran out on me. This thing actually lasted me almost a full 3 weeks!
So, based on my little experiment, a 2-gram disposable vape can last around 3 weeks if you’re using it moderately. I guess for heavier vapers, it might last for a shorter time. I mean I got around 200 hits from it, but some folks online say you can get way more, like 600 to 1200. But for me, with my 10-12 puffs a day, 3 weeks is what I got. It’s pretty decent, I gotta say.
Now, I’ve also heard that a 2ml vape juice cartridge can give you about 600 puffs, but those are different. They don’t last as long as these 2-gram disposables in my experience. Anyway, that’s my two cents on how long a 2-gram disposable lasts. Hope this helps someone out there!
