Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this Vuse vape pen for a while now, and one thing that always got me was how long it took to charge up. I mean, we all want our gadgets juiced up quick, right? So, I decided to put my Vuse to the test and see what’s what with the charging time.
Getting Started
First off, I made sure my Vuse was completely dead. No light, no vapor, nothing. I wanted to start from zero to get the most accurate timing.

The Charging Process
- Hooking It Up: I grabbed the USB charger that came with the Vuse and plugged it into a wall adapter. Then, I connected the other end to the bottom of the vape pen.
- Watching the Light: As soon as I plugged it in, a little green LED light came on. From what I read, this means it’s charging. So far, so good.
- Timing It: I set a timer on my phone to keep track. I wanted to see exactly how long it would take for that LED to turn off, which supposedly means it’s fully charged.
- First Half Hour: I kept checking on it every now and then. The light was still on after 30 minutes.
- One Hour Mark: Still going at the one-hour mark. The light was there, but I got a bit impatient.
- Almost There: Around the 70-minute mark, I noticed the light was still there. I was a bit surprised but it seemed to be a little dimmer.
- Fully Charged: Finally, at around the 80-minute mark, the green LED went off. According to Vuse, this means it’s fully charged. I disconnected the charger right away.
After Charging
Once it was charged, I took a few puffs to make sure everything was working as it should. It seemed to hit just fine, like it usually does after a full charge. No problems there.
My Thoughts
So, it took about 80 minutes to fully charge my Vuse from completely dead. That’s a bit longer than some other devices I’ve used, but it’s not too bad. I guess it depends on how much you use it and how often you need to charge it. It does make sense based on what I’ve read about it online though. I also noticed that when the light is solid white, it means it’s fully charged. I guess I have to try that one next time. Oh, I also read that these things should last for about 300 charges or something like that, so hopefully, it’ll be a while before I need a new one.
Overall, it’s pretty straightforward. Just plug it in, wait for the light to go off, and you’re good to go. Nothing too complicated, which is always a plus in my book. I hope this was helpful for you!
