Okay, so the other day, I noticed something weird with my Raz vape. The screen, which usually shows the battery level and puff count, was just… white. Blank. Nothing there. Naturally, I freaked out a little. I mean, this thing wasn’t cheap, and I rely on it. Here’s how I went about figuring out what was wrong.
My Troubleshooting Steps
First things first, I did the classic “turn it off and on again.” I held down the power button, waited a few seconds, and turned it back on. Nope. Still a white screen. Dang it.
Next, I thought maybe the battery was just super dead, even though I’d charged it recently. So, I plugged it into the charger. Usually, the screen lights up with some charging animation, but this time… nothing. Still just that blank white screen. Starting to worry a bit more now.
I tried a different charging cable and a different wall adapter, just to rule out any problems with those. Still nothing. White screen of doom.
Okay, time to check if some thing got stuck.I cleaned all around the device, and inside * white.
I removed the pod and put it back in.I tried so many * white.
After all of this,I finally realized the device was broken, and I had to send it back.
