Okay, so today I’m gonna tell you about how I messed around with my Geek Bar Skyview and figured out how to turn it off. You know, it’s one of those things that seems simple, but you just gotta know the trick.
First off, I got this Geek Bar Skyview, and it’s pretty neat with its different modes and all. But I realized I didn’t even know how to turn the darn thing off! I mean, it’s a basic thing, right?

So, I started by pressing buttons, like any normal person would. I pressed the button on the bottom a few times, thinking that would do it. Nope, that just switched between the modes. It has like three different modes, which is cool, but not what I was trying to do.
Then, I remembered something I read about the Geek Bar Pulse. It said something about pressing the button five times quickly. So, I thought, “Why not give that a shot?” I pressed the Fire button five times real fast, like in two seconds. And guess what? It worked! The device turned off. I felt like a genius, even though it’s probably in the manual somewhere.
Here’s what I did, step-by-step:
- First, I made sure the device was on.
- Then, I found the Fire button. It’s the main button you use to, you know, fire it up.
- Next, I pressed that Fire button five times really fast. The trick is to do it within two seconds.
- Finally, the Geek Bar Skyview turned off. Just like that!
It turns out there’s also a way to adjust the power. You just click the “+” or “-” buttons when it’s in power mode. And if you hold those buttons down, it goes into some quick adjustment mode. I haven’t messed with that too much yet, but it’s there.
Oh, and one more thing. I noticed that if the battery is low, the LED light might blink red. That’s probably just a sign it needs to be charged. I try to keep mine charged and store it in a cool, dry place. Seems to keep it working right.
So yeah, that’s how I figured out how to turn off my Geek Bar Skyview. It was a bit of a trial-and-error thing, but I got it in the end. Hope this helps someone out there who’s as clueless as I was!
