Okay, so I’ve been trying to track down these True Blue cigarettes for a while now. You see folks posting about them online, but actually finding them in a store? That’s a whole different story. I started out by hitting up the usual spots.
First, I went to a couple of the big chain gas stations near my place. You know, the ones that always have a decent selection of smokes. Struck out there. They had the standard brands, but no True Blues. The cashier at one place looked at me like I was asking for some rare import or something.

- Checked out a few local convenience stores.
- Asked the clerks, but most of them hadn’t even heard of True Blue.
- One guy said he thought they carried them a long time ago but not anymore.
Then, I remembered seeing something about Sam’s Club having good prices on cigarettes. So, I drove over there, hoping they might have some luck. It is saying online they have a good selection of brands, and their prices are similar to tobacco shops. I found cigarettes there, but still not what I wanted. Maybe I need to call some tobacco shops.
Next, I called a few smoke shops in the area. Most of them had the usual stuff like Marlboro and Newport. One shop said they carry True cigarettes in general, but didn’t specifically have the Blue pack. Another place, I got someone on the phone who said they might be able to special order them, but it would take a while and probably cost extra. Not exactly ideal.
Disappointing Searching
I even tried searching online to see if I could just buy a carton directly. No luck, it seems it is not allowed to sell online in my area. Most of the results were just general info about the brand or where they sell it overseas, which was kind of interesting.
Honestly, at this point, I’m starting to wonder if these True Blue cigarettes are some kind of urban legend. I might just have to stick with my regular brand. If anyone out there has actually seen these in the wild, let me know where you found them!
